The Land is currently the subject of a conditional Subdivision Approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission. This Subdivision Approval allows the subdivision of the Land into 6 retail tenancies and 9 warehouse tenancies.

PROJECTED TIMELINE

  3. Return of Capital;
  4. Priority 15% return to Investors;
  5. Fixed 15% return to Megara;
  6. Distribution of remaining profits between the existing shareholders (Megara) and the new investors.
