Who We Are

Jack Quigley

is CrowdfundUP’s Founder and CEO. Jack brings considerable commercial knowledge to the company.

Since CrowdfundUP’s creation in late 2012, Jack has become an expert on all forms of Crowdfunding. Jack has presented papers to the Australian Government discussing the benefits Crowdfunding can bring to the economy including job creation, aiding in enterprise growth and the benefits that investors can derive from becoming active participants in the digital economy.

Jack is admitted to practice law in the state of Western Australia. Jack left the legal profession to establish CrowdfundUP.com. Jack has corporate advisory experience in transactional, foreign investment, corporate taxation, restructuring and other regulatory matters.

Using his natural entrepreneurial drive Jack decided to combine his legal, IT and business experience to found CrowdfundUP.com.

Derek Barlow

is CrowdfundUP’s Co-Founder and is responsible for managing CrowdfundUP’s property division. Derek Barlow brings a wealth of property knowledge to CrowdfundUP. Derek’s experience extends across a wide range of property sectors and includes acquisitions, development management, sales, leasing, feasibility analysis, planning, project management and development master planning.

Undertaking roles and projects spanning from management positions in an international property firm through to personally managing development projects in the private sector has allowed Derek to acquire a balanced and extensive knowledge base which will be of considerable benefit to CrowdfundUP and its clients.

Derek is also responsible for establishing CrowdfundUP’s key property partnerships and sourcing new property projects for the platform.

Andrew Quigley

is CrowdfundUP's Directional Consultant where he drives the development of both the commercial and operational business strategy.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAA) and a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations Consulting Practice in Perth, where he has recently returned after working in London for the past two years.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience gained from his time at Deloitte, where he has worked across Australia, North America and more recently, the UK (based in London) – and developed expertise in business strategy development, major capital project planning, cost reduction, mergers and acquisition advisory and operational business improvement.

Andrew’s experience includes working on numerous high profile projects across a range of industries including oil & gas, mining, utilities, government, higher education and major infrastructure projects.

Whilst based in the UK, Andrew was responsible for formulating CrowdfundUP international expansion plan into the UK and Europe.

Marc Sputore

is CrowdfundUP's Co-Founder where he drives the development of both new deal acquisition and business development strategy of the company.

Marc has over 20 years experience in the financial services, funds management and stockbroking industries. Marc’s experience has seen him involved with a vast number companies from the seed life cycle of the business through to exit via IPO.

Marc currently holds the position of Senior Financial Advisor with Bell Potter Securities. Marc has gained a high level of financial markets experience working for several leading financial services firms including Merrill Lynch.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Taxation obtained from Curtin University in Western Australia.
