The Leighton Beach Hotel Development (Project) involves the construction of a six-storey hotel consisting of a 6 level 100-room hotel which will include two restaurants, a bar, meeting room, swimming pool and roof top function space. In addition, the proposed hotel is to have 18 car spaces and a gymnasium on the basement level.
The completed hotel will be positioned as a premium luxury five star boutique hotel which upon completion will trade under the globally recognised M Gallery by Sofitel brand by way of a franchise agreement with Accor Asia Pacific Corporation (AAPC)
Located on the West Australian coastline, the completed project will link into the existing Leighton beach development by Mirvac and Brookfield multiplex which offers a unique accommodation facility by the beach.
The land was purchased by Hotel Development Group in December 2013 and construction of the development is scheduled to commence in September 2016 with completion expected late 2017.
Hotel Development Group have in place a commercial agreement with globally recognised MGallery by Sofitel for operation of the hotel upon completion.
Investors are being offered an equity stake in the project which will provide a return upon operation of the hotel facility.
