The attached photographs illustrate the progress achieve at 14 Beatrice street during the month of May.

The first floor formwork on the rear block for units 5 to 8 was completed early in the month and the suspended slab was poured with the relevant plumbing installation laid out. Brickwork to the first floor is well under way, together with the door and window frames. The structural steel was erected this month, outlining the building’s final shape.

On the front part of the block, brickwork is complete for units 1 and 2 on the Ground floor and the formwork is being installed for the first storey suspended slab.
