360 Capital Group Limited (360 Capital) is a real estate investment and funds management group that concentrates on the strategic investment and active investment of real estate and real estate related assets.
Following its ASX listing in October 2013, 360 Capital managed 10 investment vehicles holding 28 industrial, office and retail assets across Australia valued at more than $860 million on behalf of over 8,500 investors and also held $91 million in co-investments in its managed funds and two direct assets valued at $49 million.
360 Capital comprises a listed public company (360 Capital Group Limited ACN 113 569 136) stapled to a managed investment trust (360 Capital Trust ARSN 104 552 598). 360 Capital has two Australian Financial Services Licences issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and is fully licensed to manage property managed investment schemes.
360 Capital is a specialised property funds management and investment company comprising 17 full time staff located in Sydney. The company was formed in 2006 by Tony Pitt to actively invest in direct property assets, property securities and various corporate real estate acquisitions within Australian real estate markets on a private equity basis.
On 16 December 2010, 360 Capital Property Group Limited settled the acquisition of Becton Investment Management Limited. On 8 October 2013, 360 Capital listed on the ASX under the code "TGP" following approval of the acquisition of 360 Capital by security holders in the ASX-listed Trafalgar Corporate Group on 24 September 2013.

Tim Spencer is head of Investor Relations. Tim joined 360 Capital in April 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communication programs with key external stakeholders of the Group and 360 Capital funds including institutional investors, analysts and media. Tim’s role also encompasses investment product and market development initiatives.
Previously Tim was Investor Relations Manager for the then ASX-listed ING Industrial Fund and the ING Office Fund at ING Real Estate Investment Management Australia (REIMA). Prior to ING REIMA, Tim was Head of Listed Securities at Brookfield Multiplex Capital and Fund Manager of the ASX-listed Multiplex Acumen Property Fund.
Tim has held senior property securities analyst roles at stock broking and research houses and has over 19 years’ property industry experience covering investor relations, investment analysis, portfolio management, trust management, research and product development.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) from the University of NSW.
Ben James is the Chief Investment Officer for 360 Capital. Ben joined 360 Capital in 2010 and is responsible for all fund investment activities within the group. Ben has over 19 years’ experience in Real Estate Funds Management and Investment across the office, retail, industrial, hotel and car park sectors.
Prior to joining 360 Capital, Ben was the Trust Manager of Mirvac Property Trust, the $4.5 billion investment vehicle of the ASX listed Mirvac Group. He also held positions in property management and investment sales with Colliers International.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) and is a former Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Capital Markets Committee. Ben is also a Director of 360 Capital Institutional Investment Management Limited and Pentagon Property Group.
James Philson is an Analyst at 360 Capital. James joined 360 Capital in March 2014 and is responsible for the preparation of financial models and forecasts. James is part of the asset management team assisting with asset management and the reporting functions, as well as the investment management team.
Prior to joining 360 Capital, James had two years’ experience in London working in areas such as agency, development and valuations at property services company DTZ. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property conjoint degree from the University of Auckland.
Tony is the Managing and a founding Director of 360 Capital and has worked in the property and property funds management industries for over 15 years.
As Managing Director, Tony is responsible for the performance of 360 Capital’s various investments and funds, including the investment analysis, management, acquisitions and disposal and overall Group and investment strategy. In particular, this includes repositioning of the Group since December 2010 through the disposal of in excess of $340 million in underlying Fund and Trust assets and the refinancing of approximately $0.5 billion in debt.
Tony was formerly the Director of JF Meridian Trust (JFM), an ASX listed diversified trust and was responsible for growing JFM from $530 million to $1.1 billion in assets over a three year period. He was previously an Executive Director of James Fielding Funds Management Limited, JF Meridian Management Limited, Hotel Capital Partners Limited, Bankminster Properties Limited and Travelodge Hotel Group. He also held positions at Paladin Australia Limited, Jones Lang LaSalle and Richard Ellis.
Apart from 360 Capital directorships, Tony is a director of Pentagon Property Group. He graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
