The properties are then professionally managed by us to ensure full compliance with the tenancy lease conditions and the reliability of rental income.
For more than 30 years the Mair Group has been providing investment solutions to its clients. As the catalyst for many successful acquisitions, developments and investment syndicates we currently manage more than $100m of commercial properties on behalf of our investors. John Mair our business founder and chairman has an active role in the firm and is an investor in many of the trusts and funds we operate. Success over this period has been as a direct result of our determined but cautious approach to investing our clients funds together with an open but professional relationship with our investors. The increasing demand for our trusts and syndicates is testament to the satisfaction our investors have with the property portfolios that we manage on their behalf.

Our Portfolio
By applying our philosophy, we have been successful in sourcing excellent commercial properties for our investors. Currently we actively manage 15 individual properties on behalf of 11 syndicates and trusts.

Our portfolio of commercial properties have delivered solid and consistent performance to each of the 11 syndicates and trusts that we currently manage. The total internal rate of return of our portfolio for the past 10 years has over 13.5%.
