The Vale Town Centre is a neighbourhood shopping centre that forms the central hub of listed national developer Stockland’s master planned community for over 15,000 residents within the heart of the Swan Valley’s wine region. The development was undertaken in joint venture with Stockland and features a Supa IGA supermarket and fourteen retail tenancies and associated car parking. The centre was completed in December 2012 and all development management during construction was handled by ADC on behalf of the joint venture. Since the centre was completed ADC has taken on the role of Asset Manager being responsible for all property, leasing and financial management services. The centre was recently sold on market for a price of $12.7 million.

In mid 2010, ADC established a syndicate of investors to acquire a mixed use development site in Brixton Street, Cottesloe. Development approval was obtained for 13 apartments, 6 strata offices and two shops on the site, with appropriate level of pre-sales enabling construction commencement in mid-2011. The innovative mixed use development in this highly sought after inner-urban location was completed in January 2013 on budget and provided investors with a considerable return on their original equity. ADC played a key role in acquiring the site, raising required equity from investors and fulfilling development management services through to completion of the $11 million project.

In October 2014 ADC acquired three adjoining development sites in the beachside location of Overton Gardens, Cottesloe. The three sites comprise a total of 1,677 sqm of land and provide ocean views in a westerly direction as well as vistas over the adjoining Cottesloe Civic Centre. ADC are currently in the planning phase of the project, with of total of 12 high quality apartments proposed to be developed over the site. Construction is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2015. ADC identified the opportunity, negotiated the acquisition, raised the required capital for the acquisition/development and are currently the Development Managers of the project.
Adam is responsible for all aspects of the day to day management activities of the Company including acquisitions, client relations, structuring, and managements. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Property and Finance, he also holds a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from FINSIA and acts as an ASIC Certified Responsible Manager of ADC. During his career responsible for the acquisition and management of development projects worth in excess of $200 million.
