We are thrilled to announce that CrowdfundUP has successfully closed Australia's first crowdfunded property deal.
Within a month of launching the platform, $500,000 was raised for the development of eight, multi level residential units with our Perth-based partner developer, Megara. The 12 month short-term investment opportunity was fulfilled by a select group of five retail and wholesale investors who will receive redeemable shares with a capped return of 11%.
